The law of torts is a unique branch of law. In India, till date, the principles of various torts have not been consolidated in any single Act of Parliament. This branch relies solely on judge made law for us development. The principles of forts emerge from various judgments given by courts and the legal principles prevalent in England, known as the Common Law principles.

This is a total 13 sessions course with all important understanding about Law of Torts. The objective of this course is to provide a basic understanding about the topic, awareness of legal terms and application of the concepts in the complicated scenario.
